While we strive for high quality and accuracy, we do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before publishing or using it for business purposes.

    5. Intellectual Property

    The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MavenSync and its licensors. You retain all rights to the brand DNA, prompts, and content you generate using our platform.

    6. Prohibited Usage

    You agree not to use the platform to:

    • Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
    • Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
    • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the platform.
    • Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    In no event shall MavenSync, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

    8. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
